In today’s changing travel environment, it’s important to protect your travel investment so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss or even a sudden sickness or injury could impact your travel plans. For your convenience, we offer a Travelex Insurance Services protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected.

New Adventure Tours - Procedures and Policies
Tour Reservations & Registration: To make a reservation for a tour contact Chris with New Adventure Tours @ (608)293-4080 to verify space on the trip. Registrations should be mailed to New Adventure Tours, c/o 19006 State Highway 27, Gays Mills, WI 54631. Checks may be made payable to New Adventure Tours LLC. Include your name, address, city & state, zip, phone number, name of tour and pick-up location. Also indicate names of all persons traveling with you, if applicable. An itinerary will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to the tour giving you information on departure location & time, and the schedule for the day/trip.
Payments:
One Day Tours: FULL PAYMENT is required at time of registration.
Multi-Day Tours: A deposit is required upon registration. If you are getting travel insurance on a multi-day trip, it is suggested that you include the insurance premium at that time in order to cover pre-existing conditions.
See individual trips for amount of deposit. Final payment is due 30 - 60 days prior to departure depending on each trip.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registrants who cancel their reservation will be assessed a $10.00 service charge, plus direct costs (ie. non-refundable theater tickets, meals, etc.) if no replacement can be found. Cancellations must be made prior to two weeks of departure date. If cancellation is made within two weeks of departure, a refund is not guaranteed. If a replacement is found by New Adventure Tours, there will be a $25 service charge. Multi-day trips may incur other penalties depending on outside vendor’s refunds. “No Shows” forfeit all monies paid to New Adventure Tours.

*If a trip is cancelled by New Adventure Tours, a full refund of any payments made will be issued immediately to all parties.
Gratuities: If you feel your driver and escort have done an excellent job, it is appropriate to tip them. Suggested tipping amounts in the travel industry are $2-3 per person on a one-day trip, and $4-5 per day, per person, on multi-day trips.
